Indian Oil Corp, the country’s largest refinery, has set a net zero carbon emissions target for 2046, chairman SM Vaidya said at Thursday’s annual shareholders’ meeting. India, one of the world’s largest emitters of greenhouse gases, aims for net emissions of zero by 2070.
