Wheat procurement under Rabi marketing season 2022-23 amounted to 187.86 lakh metric tons
Wheat procurement during the 2022-23 Rabi marketing season was 187.86 lakh metric tons (LMT) until June 26, 2022.
More than 17.85 lakh farmers received a minimum support price (MSP) of Rs 37, 852.88 crore in the process.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, the purchasing of paddy rice reached 860.82 LMT during the Kharif marketing season 2021-22.
