German sports equipment giant Adidas said on Tuesday it has suspended its cooperation with the Russian Football Association in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“Adidas is suspending its cooperation with the Russian Football Federation (RFS) with immediate effect,” said a spokesman for the company, which generated 2.9 percent of its turnover in 2020 in the “Russia, Ukraine and CIS” regions.
