Just a few days before the start of the ICC Champions Trophy, the bowling coach Morne Mortel from Team India had to fly back home from Dubai because of the death of his father. Morrel reached Dubai with the other members of the Indian team on 15 February and was part of many training sessions in the Midden -East region. But the South African was not part of the team's practice session on Monday. It was later reported that the former Proteas Fast Bowler prepared to return home because of the unforeseen development.
The return schedule of Morrel is not yet confirmed, according to Dainik Jagran, and his absence will certainly influence the hope of Team India to win the Champions trophy. India is planned to start their ICC Champions Trophy campaign against Bangladesh on 20 February.

Wicketkeeper-Batter Kl Rahul was preparing for the role of the Finisher and worked on his big skills when the Indian team trained for the second time on Monday for their Champions Trophy Opier against Bangladesh.
