Virat Kohli Celebrated Animated After David Warner’s Resignation© Twitter
Virat Kohli of Royal Challengers Bangalore is going through a meager patch with the bat but it hasn’t played a bummer in his energy and he celebrates every wicket with the same passion and enthusiasm. Kohli was also electric in the field. In the game against Delhi Capitals, RCB was on the back foot as David Warner went strong and the left-handed batter looked ready to take the Rishabh Pant-led side over the line. However, Wanindu Hasaranga got the much needed wicket from Warner in the 12th and this brought RCB back into the game.
On the third ball of the 12th over, Warner went for a medley and he ended up missing the straight and there was a huge draw. The umpire on the field didn’t give up but after consulting with Dinesh Karthik skipper Faf du Plessis went for a review and the replays indicated the ball would hit the stumps.
After seeing the verdict, Kohli celebrated animatedly and ran to the umpire and Warner standing side by side. Kohli then jumped up in delight.
