Rahul flipped the coin while Pandya called ‘heads’. The latter started to cheer because he had made the right decision. But Rahul, in a mood for chatter, said, “Tails bola hai na?” However, match referee Narayanan Kutty clarified that the call was indeed headline.

Former Indian captain Sunil Gavaskar thinks Gujarat Titans play a fearless type of cricket, but at the same time they don’t think too much about the outcome.
Gavaskar said during ‘Cricket Live’ on Star Sports: “Gujarat plays with so much freedom and they are fearless (in approach). There is no fear of the world in their game and that is why they win.”
“Of course you want to win, even if you’re playing in your backyard, but a loss doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world, that’s the approach they take on the pitch. They enjoy their game and play positive cricket.”
Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has backed Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans to win the match against Lucknow and become the first team to qualify for play-offs.
“Gujarat Titans are going to win the match against Lucknow Super Giants and they will be the first team to qualify. The Hardik Pandya led side is very strong. Rashid Khan is in excellent form and coach Ashish Nehra gives them just the right amount of confidence This team is hard to beat,” Harbhajan said.
