Jammu & Kashmir captain Paras Dogra smashed his 32nd century in the Ranji Trophy during the opening round against Mumbai at the Sher-e-Kashmir in Srinagar on Thursday, becoming the second-most prolific century-maker in the history of the first-class tournament.
Dogra went past former Indian batsman Ajay Sharma's 31 hundreds in the Ranji Trophy and is now second behind Wasim Jaffer's 40 tons in the competition.
The 40-year-old is also second to Jaffer in the list for batsmen with the most runs in the Ranji Trophy. Dogra has amassed over 9,500 runs in the tournament while Jaffer has amassed 12,038.
