Sneh Rana and Pooja Vastrakar’s fights were bolstered by all-round bowling performances as India defeated Pakistan.
“I have enjoyed working with Pooja. I know she is a hard hitter and we are both strike rotors as well. It was my first collaboration with her and I had a great time hitting with her,” she added to.
Pooja Vastrakar (67), Smriti Mandhana (52) and Sneh Rana (53*) were the star performers when India posted 244/7. Vastrakar and Rana made up 122 points for the seventh wicket. In the last five overs, India scored more runs to take the total past 240 run.
India will take up the horns against New Zealand in the tournament next Thursday.
