Indian batter Suryakumar Yadav showed his wide range of shots in his 65-run knockout against the West Indies in the third T20I in Kolkata on Sunday. Suryakumar unleashed his brute force en route to an explosive half-century and was well supported by Venkatesh Iyer as India posted a challenging 184 for five. Suryakumar crushed seven sixes and one boundary in an exceptional display of clean-hitting before coming out for a 31-ball 65 in the final pitch. India hit 86 runs in the last five overs. Among his big hits was a six where he hit a six over a fine leg with a slight flick of the wrists.

Pace bowling all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer went unbeaten on 35 from 19 balls with four fours and two sixes on the other side, while the duo put together 91 runs from 37 balls for the fourth wicket to help India recover from a mini middle order collapse.
The duo of Shreyas and Ishan, who had racked up over fifty in just 32 balls, failed to convert their starts and got out in the space of seven.
The Windies spin duo of Hayden Walsh Junior (4-0-30-1) and Roston Chase (4-0-23-1) threw brilliantly in the middle overs.
Leg spinner Hayden broke through when Shreyas paid the price for playing against the spin only to be caught at long range, while Chase Kishan cleared in the next over with a brilliant change of pace.
It was a new Indian batting order on display with Ishan Kishan opening the at bat with Gaikwad, while Shreyas Iyer batted at number 3 and skipper Rohit Sharma dropped him at number 4.
Having been given a chance following his debut in the Sri Lanka series in July last year, the Maharashtra ‘run machine’ Ruturaj impressed during his brief stay in the fold, timed the ball to perfection before stepping out as he was out. his comfort zone.
