The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday said that Shivkumar Pandey, head of information security, and Nayan Mehta, head of special projects, have tendered their resignations.
Shivkumar Pandey, a key member of BSE’s management team, has chosen to resign to pursue another career opportunity. His resignation will take effect at the end of business hours on December 4, 2023.
Nayan Mehta, another prominent figure in BSE leadership, cited personal and health reasons for his resignation. His departure from the company will be effective as of closing on October 12, 2023.
The exchange will now initiate the process of identifying suitable replacements for these key management positions.
At 1.50 pm, the BSE share price was trading 4.77 per cent higher at Rs 1,264.60 per piece on the NSE.
