Transport Corporation of India (TCI), a provider of integrated supply chain and logistics solutions, reported a 38 percent year-on-year growth in stand-alone profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 73.10 crore for the March quarter on Saturday. The company had made a profit of Rs 52.86 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, according to a regulatory filing.
Operations revenues were virtually stable at Rs 797.94 crore in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs 796.64 crore. For the full fiscal year 2021-2022, TCI Ltd posted a stand-alone PAT of Rs 267.43 crore, up 98 percent from Rs 134.77 crore in the same quarter of FY21.
The operating income for the fiscal year 2021-22 was Rs 2,904.56 crore versus Rs 2,452.02 crore in the March quarter of FY21, a year-over-year growth of 18.45 percent.
