The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has invited applications for its executive program in the field of strategic human resources. The first batch of the six-month certification program will begin on April 16, 2022. The course is aimed at aspiring hiring managers who have a passion for building tech-savvy future organizations, the institute says.
Graduates in any discipline with a score of 50 percent or an equivalent score in the highest qualification, and at least 3 years of work experience in business or a teaching specialization in HR roles are required to qualify for this program.
Developed in collaboration with WileyNXT, it provides certification courses for HR professionals on integrating data and technology into the human resource function. The curriculum includes both practical and applied learning. Students will have the opportunity to turn the knowledge gained into practical application through case studies, projects and discussions, the institute added.
The program’s curriculum consists of more than 160 teaching hours and six masterclasses by top CXOs and business leaders. Upon successful completion of the program, a joint certification from IIM Lucknow and Wiley will be provided.
