Bihar Board Class 12 Result: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the results of the inter or class 12 exams in record time. These were the fastest results ever released by the board. Available on the official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, onlinebseb.in, as many as 13,55,749 students took the exam and 10,62,557 passed.

In 2021, Bihar board had announced Class 12 results for all streams on March 26, while 2020 results were announced on March 25, in 2019, BSEB released results on March 30. Before that, the results were either in May or June. But this time, the board broke all records and had prepared the results in 19 days. How? Using advanced technology, it claims.
The board has cleared 70 lakh OMR sheets from 13,55,749 students in the span of just 19 days. BSEB had changed the exam pattern this year. The exams were administered in the form of multiple choice questions (MCQs). For this, the students were given OMR sheets with barcodes and lithcodes. The students’ unique IDs were printed on it. In this way, the board used technology to control the papers, yielding faster results. The Bihar Board Class 12 exams were held between February 1 and 14.

Not only the fastest, this year’s Bihar board inter result is one of the best results. The overall success rate is 80.15 percent. In total, 79.53 percent of the students passed the art movement. In commerce, the pass rate is highest with 90.38 percent of students making it and in science it is 83.7 percent.
Meanwhile, a total of 4,52,171 students have obtained first class or 60+ points. While most students are placed in the second division with a whopping 5,10,831 students out of a total of 13,55,749. 99,550 students have been placed in the third class.

This year, Sangam Raj took the top spot with 482 points or 96.40 percent, followed by Ankit Kumar Gupta, who was first in the trade with 473 points or 94.60 percent. While in science, the topper is Saurav Kumar who got 472 points or 94.40 percent.
In order to prevent fraud, the Bihar administration had put in place a number of strategies prior to the administration of the exam. It had prepared the paper using 10 sets of question papers to ensure that students could not cheat on those sitting next to them. Out of a total of 100 questions, the students had to answer 50 questions. If a candidate answers more than 50 questions, the first 50 questions will be calculated. The exam had 50 objective questions and 50 subjective questions. Students were asked to answer 10 subjective questions for two marks, 10 questions for two marks, and 50 objective questions for one mark.
Further, before the results are released, BSEB holds a verification process for toppers every year. This process was put in place after an inter-topper – Rubi Rai – who achieved the highest rank in the exams, but was unable to answer the simplest questions from the media. This includes the names of the subjects for which she appeared. Later, the board conducted an investigation that revealed that she cheated in the exams. Since then, the Bihar board has verified the toppers before releasing the results.
