CBSE Board exams 2025: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced a series of measures on Friday to make travel more flexible and trouble for the CBSe students who appear for class 10 and 12 administrative exams in the National Capital.
The class 10 Board exams start on Saturday 15 February and end on March 18, 2025. While the class 12 exams also start on 15 February and ended on 4 April 2025.
In a message on X, Delhi Metro said that students who wear their CBSE cancellation cards are given priority during security checks at metro stations.
Delhi Metro will also make special centralized announcements at stations.
“Students who show their admission tickets also receive priority while buying tickets at Ticket Office Machines (Tom) and Customer Care (CC) Centers,” is the post.
DMRC said that their staff also visited schools, interacted with clients and informed them about the nearest metro stations and the support that is available for students.
“DMRC has asked schools to display posters that provide details about the nearest metro station, together with a QR code for simple ticket booking to help students plan their journey,” said Delhi Metro.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has also insisted students to plan their journey in advance and added that a detailed list of metro stations closest to exam centers is closest to research centers has been uploaded on the DMRC website and the official mobile application.
Earlier, BSE exam controller, Sanyam Bhardwaj, said that a sufficient gap has been given between the two subjects. “The date sheet has been drawn up by keeping in mind in at least 40,000 subject combinations to ensure that no two topics have chosen on the same date.”
