The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is announcing the results of grades 10 and 12 today, May 14. Students who have taken the exam can check their results on the official website of the board, cgbse.nic.in or result.cg.nic.in. They need their application number and date of birth to check their numbers. More than 8 lakh students had appeared for the CGBSE board exams, of which about 5 students took the 10th exam and about 2 lakh took the 12th exam.

Step 1: Visit one of the official websites of the CGBSE – cgbse.nic.in or result.cg.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link to the Class 10 or 12 results on the homepage of the website.
Step 3: For verification, enter the captcha code displayed on the screen and press the submit button.
Step 5: The results of your class 10 or 12 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download and save the result for future use.
CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022: How To Check By SMS
It’s a very simple process. Students just need to text ‘CG12’ and their roll number to 56263. The CG board result 2022 will be sent to them by text message.
CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022: How To Check Via DigiLocker
Step 1: Visit DigiLocker official website or install the app from Google Play Store
Step 2: Next, students need to login to their accounts with their mobile number
Step 3: If you are a first-time user, click on ‘Forgot your security PIN?’ and enter your registered mobile number as well as your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) as prescribed by CGBSE
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and login
Step 5: Upon successful login, students will need to navigate to the ‘Issued Documents’ section of DigiLocker, where they will find all of their class 10 or 12 certificates.
CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022: What to check?
Upon receipt of the results of their CGBSE grades 10 and 12, students should check all the details on the grade sheet. This includes their name, parent names, score, subject names, and application number. In case of any discrepancy, students should immediately report to the Chhattisgarh Board.
CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022: sufficient points
Students must score a minimum of 33 percent in any subject to be passed in board exams conducted by CGBSE. According to the grading system, those who score between 100 and 91 points will receive grade A1, between 90 and 81 points, grade A2, between 80 and 71 points, grade B1, and within 70 to 61 points, grade B2. Furthermore, those who get between 60 and 51 points will be graded in grade C1, between 50 and 41 points, get between grade C2, within 40 to 33 points, grade D and those who get between 21 and 32 points will get additional exams and is placed in class E1.
This year, the results will be announced for more than 8 lakh students. However, this is an increase of one lakh from last year. Out of the total number of students appearing before 2022, as many as 2,93,685 candidates had appeared in the 12th exam while about 5 lakh students appeared in the 10th board exam. By 2021, 2.71,000 class 10 students had appeared in the exam. For this year, the number of students appearing before the 10th has risen to 3.80,000. This is an increase of over a lakh.
CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022: What happened last year
Last year, students took the board exams from home because of covid-19. While 100 percent pass rate was recorded for 10th, a whopping 97.43 percent of students completed 12th grade. The success rate went up considerably compared to the previous years. In 2020, a whopping 73.62 percent of students passed the 10th and 78.59 percent passed the 12th CG board exam. While in 2019 the success rate for the 10th was 68.2 percent and for the 12th 68 percent.
