A 28-year-old civil service aspirant is believed to have committed suicide here in Maharashtra after failing the UPSC exam three times, police said Tuesday. Blesson Puddu Chako, a resident of the Jaripatka area of Nagpur, hanged himself from a ceiling fan using a sheet when he was alone in his home on Sunday, they said.
After graduating from B.Tech, Chako had started preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil service exam. But he failed the exam three times and apparently became depressed, an official from the Jaripatka Police Station said.
