To give teens an early preview of future careers, Clever Harvey has teamed up with Cult.Fit to launch another industry-certified course, “JuniorMBA Technology,” for students in grades 8 to 12. 15-day program aims to give students practical knowledge of how technical teams work at startups while learning to solve a Cult.Fit industrial project.
The students work in groups of two or three, supervised by a Clever Harvey facilitator. Students take a “behind the scenes” tour of one of the most popular sectors in the business world – technology. As they learn to develop technical prototypes with step-by-step guidance, students develop a strong foundation in computational thinking.

Speaking about the launch of the new program, Sriram Subramanian, co-founder, Clever Harvey said: “We welcome Cult.Fit as a partner in building this new category of experiential career discovery. Shamik Sharma, Head of Digital Initiatives, Cult.Fit, said of the launch: “We are pleased to have partnered with Clever Harvey to improve technical literacy at the high school level. As coding becomes more mainstream in the school curriculum, the most important is not the mastery of the syntax or the specific programming language that the student chooses to learn, but the broader problem-solving mindset of understanding the context and designing an appropriate solution. The technology program will show students in the real world how technical products are developed in a company. We are excited to see the ideas for Cult.Fit emerging from the live projects.”
