DU had clearly stated in its letter that Dagar has been sent on leave to complete a free and fair investigation process, but Prof Ragi did not press charges against any accused and in turn tried to help them by applying delaying tactics, claimed the teacher’s association.
Another report on financial irregularities was filed by Justice Sunil Gaur on October 4, after which the chairman, Prof. Ragi, called for an emergency meeting on October 8 to discuss a six-month-old representation of Dagar and sent his representation for legal advice. . In the meeting, the chairman discusses the representation of Dr. Dagar. Justice Dhingra has already submitted his report and suggests exemplary measures against the client and others, the association said.

The CVS teachers’ association has said that a person caught in corruption has no right to set their own terms.
The teachers also asked why the principal has not filed charges in the past three months. They have demanded that the charges be served and that Dagar be suspended. They have also demanded that Justice Gaur’s report be made public without delay.
