The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 result today, September 25. According to the official press release of CBSE, while 15,01,474 candidates had registered for paper 1, as many as 14, For paper 2, 02,022 had registered. Of the total, 12,13,704 candidates appeared for Paper 1, of which 2,98,758 passed. In the case of Article 2, as many as 11,66,178 people wrote the second article, out of which 1,01,057 candidates made it.
Candidates who have appeared for the CTET exam can visit the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in to check their score cards. To access the results, candidates have to enter their registration/roll number. It is to be noted that the examination authority has only declared the results of those candidates who have secured equal or more than the qualifying marks for their category.
CTET 2023: HOW TO CHECK RESULT?
Step 1: Visit the official site of CBSE CTET at ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link that says “CTET Result 2023” on the homepage
Step 3: Enter your login details such as roll/registration number and click Submit
Step 4: Once you are done, the CBSE CTET result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Check your score and download the result for future requirements
Moreover, the exam was conducted at various centers on August 20. The preliminary answer key was published on September 16 and the opportunity to appeal closed on September 18. CBSE will provide the CTET mark sheet to candidates through DigiLocker. The login details will be sent to the registered mobile numbers of the candidate.
Moreover, depending on a number of factors such as school type, experience, location, etc., a CTET-passed teacher working at the primary level can expect a salary of around Rs 35,000 to Rs 37,000. While a higher primary school teacher can get a salary of Rs 43,000 to Rs 46,000, a CTET qualified PGT teacher can earn a pay scale of Rs 48,000 to Rs 50,000.
