A fire broke out in the Ram Lal Anand College auditorium of Delhi University on Tuesday morning, a Delhi Fire Service official said. No injuries have been reported so far, the official said, adding that the fire was later brought under control.
“A report was received about the fire at 8.55 am and five fire engines were rushed to the scene. No injuries have been reported so far,” said Atul Garg, director of Delhi Fire Services. The fire was extinguished around 9.45 am. The cause of the fire is not yet known and is being determined, he said.
