Only candidates who have not got seats in any of the previous rounds or have not taken their allotted seats are eligible to register for the Haryana NEET UG stray vacancy round
The stray vacancy round schedule for Haryana NEET UG counseling 2023 has been released by PT BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Registration for this round of state counseling for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) has begun on the official website, uhsrugcounselling.com. The deadline for registration for the Haryana NEET UG stray round is tomorrow, September 25.
Candidates can also indicate their preferences for academic programs and colleges, as well as their willingness to participate in the casual vacancy round at this time. Only candidates who have not got seats in any of the previous three rounds or who have not taken their allotted seats in any round are eligible to register for the stray vacancy round of Haryana NEET UG. Applicants who have previously registered for Rounds 1, 2 and 3 and wish to participate in the Wandering Round do not need to register again. The distribution of seats will be announced on September 26 and students can submit their provisional tuition fees from September 26 to 28.
Candidates’ documents will be checked on or before September 29 at the Committee Room, Office of the Director, Pt. BD Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak (for those who have received provisional seat allotments and paid the necessary provisional tuition fees through the admission web portal only).
If a candidate provides incorrect information during registration based on which a seat may be allocated and subsequently withdrawn during document verification, or fails to provide correct documents during document verification, the deposit will be forfeited.
A security fee of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. 5000 for SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD of Haryana State) must be deposited online by all candidates who wish to participate in the Stray Round of Counseling and elect State Quota seats in Government Only/By government aided/Private unaided medical/dental colleges. A deposit of Rs. 1 lakh must be earned by the candidate online if he or she also wants to choose management quota seats in private medical/dental colleges and private universities.
The deposit will be forfeited if the candidates are allocated a seat based on their choice, but fail to occupy the allocated seat. On the other hand, the candidates’ deposit will be refunded after the end of the counseling procedure if they do not get a seat.
