The Indian Army Southern Command Headquarters has submitted applications for direct recruitment to Group C civilian posts in the Army Medical Corps unit. Candidates can send their application by post. The last request date is 45 days from the date of publication of the ad. The vacancies were reported earlier this month.
For candidates in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladak Subdivision of Jammu and Kashmir, the application deadline is set to 52 days. Candidates can apply for a total of 55 Group C positions. These include 12 posts of hairdresser and 43 posts of chowkidar.
Indian Army Recruitment: Suitability
Age: To be considered for the position, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 25.
Course: candidate must have passed an entrance examination or its equivalent from a recognized board. For the position of hairdresser, candidates must also have at least 1 year of experience in the profession. Applicants applying for the position of Chowkidar must be familiar with the duties of the respective profession with 1 year of experience.

Step – 1 Print the application form from the advertisement.
Step – 2 Fill in all the details on the application form carefully.
Step – 3 Add the required self-confirmed documents to the application form. Please enclose a self-addressed envelope and fee in the form of a money order of Rs 100 in favor of ‘Commanding Officer, 4012 Field Hospital’. Also include two recent passport photos.
Step – 4 Mail the envelope containing the application form and other documents to the address provided.
Indian Army Recruitment: Exam Pattern
Candidates are selected on the basis of a written exam. The exam consists of four papers with objective multiple choice questions. Candidates are given a total of two hours to write the paper.
Paper-I will be of general intelligence and reasoning, Paper-II will have questions of general awareness, while Paper-III and Paper-IV will be general English and numerical appropriate respectively. The number of questions is each 25 in Paper-I and Paper-IV and 50 in Paper-II and Paper-III.
Indian Army Recruitment: Salary
After successful selection, candidates will receive salary on wage matrix L-1. The selected candidates can be posted anywhere in any AMC (Army Medical Corps) unit under HQ Southern Command.
