As students return to school after a two-year hiatus, Instagram partnered with Fortis Healthcare to release a guide to help students adapt to offline school, prepare for face-to-face exams and manage exam stress. The guide would especially help students appearing for their class 10th and 12th board exams.
Titled “Adapting and Adapting: Back to the Classroom,” the guide will focus on providing students with practical tips to manage study and exam priorities, learning strategies to address associated stress triggers, and study techniques to improve concentration. . It would also include relaxation strategies for short-term relief, as well as key self-care practices to manage their long-term mental health, the social media company claims.
