The Academic Council of Jharkhand (JAC) will announce the results of the Class 10 and Class 12 science stream tomorrow, June 21. The results will be announced at 2:30 p.m. by the Minister of School Education and Literacy, Jagarnath Mahto, JAC officials said. Shortly after the ceremonial announcement, the link to the checkmarks will go live on the official website, jac.nic.in, jacresults.com, jac.jharkhand.gov.in and jharresults.nic.in.
Students can also check their scores directly with News18. In order to see their grades, students must have the roll number and date of birth as stated on the admission card. To check scores with News18, students just need to fill out the form below and the results will be available as soon as the results are announced –
Just downloading the result is not enough, students should ensure that online results are error-free. Students must verify the name, spelling, calculations and other personal details of the online result as the printout of online results will act as a preliminary grade sheet.
To pass the Jharkhand Board, students must obtain a minimum of 33 percent points. At least 6 lakh students register for class 10 yearly and for class 12, about 3 lakh register every year. A similar number of students is expected this year as well.
Last year, out of a total of 433571 students who registered for the exam, no fewer than 415924 candidates passed. Jharkhand Board achieved its highest ever pass rate in 2021 as 95.93% of students enrolled in matric exams passed. In 2020, the success rate was ta 75.01%. In JAC 12th, a whopping 86.89% of students passed the science stream exam while in commerce, the pass rate was 90.33%.
Notably last year, the Jharkhand Board exams were not taken due to the Covid-19 epidemic. This year, the state council exams for class 10 started on March 24 and ended on April 20, while the exam for class 12 started on March 24 and ended on April 25.
