On the other hand, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel are tasked with ensuring the security of industrial units, government infrastructure and other government institutions of the Government of India. Currently, CISF is handling the responsibility of safety of more than 356 industrial units including aiprots in India.
Now joining the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), they will be given the responsibility of maintaining law and order in the states and union territories. In addition, they are also required to assist in critical or emergency situations.
BSF Salary
The salary of a BSF Constable GD is between Rs 21,700 and Rs. 69,100 per month depending on their salary. They are also entitled to various allowances, including dearness allowances, housing allowance and transport allowance. On the other hand, those holding the post of sub-inspector receive a total of Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.
CRPF Salary
CRPF assistant commanders are paid a basic pay of Rs 56,100 under pay level 10. In addition, they are also given allowances including house rent, animal allowance, ration, medical care, transportation, etc. While the sub-inspector is given a pay scale of Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 under level 6. The candidates serving in the post of CRPF Head Constables will be placed in pay level 03, with pay scale ranging from Rs. 21,700-69,100 per month. They are also eligible for benefits, including a duration allowance, housing allowance and transport costs reimbursement.
CISF Salary
Under the Pay Level-4 structure, the salary for the candidates serving on the post of CISF head constable ranges from Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100, in addition to the other allowances applicable to central government employees.
