The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary And Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will announce Maharashtra class 12 results or Maha HSC results on June 8 at 1:00 PM. Every year more than 15 lakh students take the Mahrashtra Board HSC result. Last year, a whopping 99.63% of the 12 lakh students passed the exam. This is the highest pass rate ever by the Maharashtra Board.
This year the results will be announced after the exams have been taken and as a result the pass rate will probably decrease. In 2021, the success rate of both girls and boys will be over 99 percent each. Female students performed slightly better than males. The result of female students is 99.73 percent while the result of male students is 99.54 percent. In 2020, of the 14,20,575 students who appeared for the exam, no fewer than 12,81,712 passed the exam. The success rate was 90.66 percent.

Candidates must obtain 35 percent in each subject and overall to pass the HSC 12th exam. However, students who are unable to achieve the minimum grades will receive grace points. MSBSHSE has decided not to fail for any student this year.
