The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) released today, April 29, at mpbse.nic.in, the results for the 10th and 12th grade exams. Out of a total of 629381 students who appeared for the MP’s 12th exam council, 457066 made it. Meanwhile, 87429 students have failed the exam, while 83949 have been listed for the additional exams. For the MP board class 10 result, the pass rate stands at 56.84 percent while a total of 3.55,371 students failed the exam.

In order to pass the MP Board Classes 10 and 12 exams, a candidate must score a minimum of 33 percent in each subject. For courses with practical aspects, students have to pass theory and practical papers separately. Those who fail to get enough points have the opportunity to appear for compartments in the failed boxes to avoid wasting a year. Here are some options for the students:
Re-evaluation
Students who are not satisfied with their results on the MP Board Exam can request a reassessment of the answer scripts. Candidates must submit a fee along with the online application. Details of the process will likely be updated on the MP Board website shortly.
Compartment Exams
For a second chance to pass MPBSE class 10 and 12 board exams, one can apply for the compartment or additional exams. However, the option is only available to those who have failed one or two courses. Candidates must register online and appear for the compartment exam on the scheduled date, which will be updated on the MP Board website at a later stage.

Candidates who fail three or more subjects are required to repeat the lesson. They are also not allowed to participate in the additional exams.
This time, the MP board had revised the grade pattern for both classes and decided to award 80 points this year to theory subjects and the remaining 20 to project work. For courses with a practical, 70 points were awarded to the theoretical part, 30 to practical tests.
