An applicant must have completed a postgraduate degree in management (MBA) from a tier 1 business school with specialization in marketing and finance. He or she must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in FP&A or corporate finance positions.

Those who have previous experience in e-commerce are preferred. If a candidate has a Chartered Accountant, CFA, or similar degree, it could be an added advantage. Candidates must have expertise in Office Tools MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
