NEET 2022: This is the cut-off percentile for the past four years.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test of NEET 2022 will be conducted in a few days, on July 17. NEET 2022 will be held in 497 cities in India and 14 foreign cities. As the exam date approaches, candidates are advised to consult the cut-offs from past years to get an idea of how much they need to score to qualify for NEET. These are the cut-off percentiles for the past four years.
NEET Percentile and Scores Cut Off in 2021
Last year the cut-off percentile for the unconditional category was 50 and the cut-off score between 138-720 points. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the cut-off percentile was 40 and the cut-off score ranged from 108 to 137 points. Candidates who belonged to the Unreserved Physically Handicapped (PH) categories were required to achieve 45 percentiles by scoring grades between 122 and 137.
NEET Percentile and Scores Cut Off in 2020
In 2020, the cut-off percentile for non-reserved categories was 50 and the cut-off score ranged from 147 to 720 points. The cut-off percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates was 40, while the required score was between 113 and 146 points. Unreserved Physically Handicapped (PH) applicants were required to achieve the 45th percentiles by scoring between 129 and 146 points.
NEET Percentile and Scores Cut Off in 2019
In NEET 2019, the unreserved boundary percentile for the category was 50 with scores ranging from 134 to 701. SC/ST/OBC applicants had to score 107-133 to get the 40th percentile. On the other hand, non-reserved physically disabled (PH) aspirants were required to achieve the 45th percentile with a score of 133-120.
NEET Percentile and Scores Cut Off in 2018
The cut-off percentile for UR candidates in NEET 2018 was 50, with required scores ranging from 119 to 691. SC/ST/OBC candidates were required to achieve 40 percentile by scoring 96 to 118 points, while physically challenged candidates were required to achieve a minimum of 45 percentile with a score between 107 -118 points
Two separate limits are released for NEET each year. The first is a qualification limit that specifies the minimum number of points needed to pass the entrance exam. This is followed by the admission limit, based on which ranks are assigned for admission.
