The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule d for counseling for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG 2022). According to the schedule, the NEET PG 2022 counseling will start on September 1, 2022. Students can check the schedule at mcc.nic.in.
Students who have qualified for the NEET-PG 2022 exam can complete their choices regarding courses and colleges during the counseling process for admission into All India Quota Seats, State Medical and Dental Colleges and Central and Presumed Universities.
NEET PG 2022 Counseling: Documents Required
Here is the list of documents required during the NEET PG 2022 Counseling process.
A valid ID.
NEET PG 2022 admission ticket.
NEET PG 2022 result.
Marker Sheets of Professional MBBS/BDS Exams.
MBBS/BDS diploma.
Certificate Graduation Internship.
NMC has issued a registration certificate.
Date of birth proof.
Valid ID.
Caste certificate.
Disabled certificate.
The PG counseling will start simultaneously for all central universities, honorable universities and 50% seats in all of India and 50% state quota of medical and dental colleges, the officials said.
Bearing in mind that there are still 748 seats available in NEET Superspeciality guidance for the 2021 academic year, the government has decided to hold a special counseling round without a cut off percentile to avoid wasting seats and in the greater public interest , as a one-time measure, officials said. The Special Clearing Round II for NEET-SS 2021 counseling begins on Tuesday.
Usually NEET-PG takes place in January and counseling starts in March. But due to COVID-19 and the delay in last year’s admissions process, this year’s exam was held on May 21 and the results were announced on June 1.
