A bench of judges DY Chandrachud and PS Narasimha will hear the case today, May 12 at approximately 10:30 am. Senior lawyer Rakesh Khanna will represent students in court. The plea filed by lawyers Ashutosh Dubey and Abhishek Chauhan said: The petitioners are the doctors doing their required internship at various hospitals across the country.
The plea was aimed at nullifying the Feb. 4 notice issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences for holding the NEET PG-2022 trial on May 21 and or postponing the scheduled date of the trial . The petitioners and other thousands of aspirants fall victim to the system and must suffer through no fault of their own, the plea, filed by 15 doctors who have completed their MBBS courses, said.
