The new dates for conducting NEET-SS 2022 will be announced in due course,” the official announcement reads.
NEET-SS is a qualifying exam for admission into the DM/MCh and DrNB Superspecialty courses of the 2022 admission session. There will be a separate questionnaire for each superspecialty course/clubbed group. The total number of questions in each questionnaire will be 100, which will be divided into two parts; Part A & Part B. All questions must be at PG Exit level.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has given notice in a written petition filed by some aspirants of the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS), seeking an injunction to restrict implementation of the new exam pattern.
The plea also challenges the National Medical Commission’s proposal to remove MD Radiation Radiation Therapy/Oncology as an eligible specialty qualification for DM Medical Oncology’s superspecialty, Live Law reported. According to the new pattern, there will be 150 questions from the general component of the primary broad specialty subject and from all subspecialty components of the primary broad specialty subject.
