The registration for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate (UG) counseling 2021 round 1 has started again. According to the schedule available on the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) website, the new registration process for the NEET UG Counseling 2021 started on January 28 (8:00 PM) and will end on January 30, 12:00 PM. Interested candidates can submit their application form on the official website of the at mcc.nic.in.
The option to pay for the tutoring is available until January 30th at 3pm, while candidates can fill in and lock in their choices until 11:55pm. According to the schedule, the seat allocation processing will take place on January 31, the result for the new registration process for AIQ Round 1 will be announced by MCC on February 1, 2022.

As previously reported by News18, candidates will first need to register for the tutoring process and fill out and lock their course/lecture preference online. Taking into account the preference and NEET score of the candidates, the MCC will then allocate seats. If a candidate does not set his preference before the last date, the choices are automatically blocked.
NEET UG Counseling 2021: Steps to Register
Step 1. Login to MCC’s official website and click the ‘New Registration’ link on the home page
Step 2. Enter here your details like NEET roll number, registration number, date of birth and other information for registration.
Step 3. Pay the consultancy fees online
Step #4. Next, lock your preference from the available list of courses and colleges. There is no limit to the number of choices that can be entered.

Unlike previous years, where the seats that became vacant after two advisory rounds were reduced to the state quota, the MCC will hold four advisory rounds this year. This includes round 1, round 2, cleanup round followed by a stray vacancy round. New registrations are only made for the first three rounds.
MCC has also said that those who have problems receiving OTP during the counseling registrations will receive it on their registered mobile numbers and email address. It will also be available through the Sandes app, where students will need to download the app to access the OTP.
