There are a total of four rounds of the NEET RUG counseling 2023, which is scheduled to take place in July and September this year
The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released an update on the change of nationality from Indian to NRI for the NEET RUG counseling 2023 round 3. Candidates wishing to change their nationality are advised to apply by August 28 (11:00 am) to send mail. until August 29 (5 p.m.). It is important to note that students who send the mail after the deadline will not be eligible for the nationality conversion.
“Candidates should send their relevant documents, in support of their claim to change nationality from Indian to NRI, via [email protected] from 11:00 am on 28th August 2023 to 5:00 pm on August 29, 2023”, read the official message from MCC. Students are advised to submit all mandatory documents in one email within the time limit. Mail received in parts and in duplicate will not be considered, the notice adds.
According to the MCC, the following documents must be sent in order to convert nationality for NEET UG Round 3 Counseling 2023:
— Documents proving the sponsor is a non-resident Indian (NRI) (passport, sponsored visa)
— Relationship between the NRA and the candidate
— A notarized statement from the sponsor stating that he or she will pay the candidate’s course fees in full.
— Sponsor’s Embassy Certificate (Consulate Certificate)
— Candidate’s National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Scorecard.
Candidates must agree to the terms and conditions of the MCC to apply for nationality conversion. In addition, these are the eligibility requirements for applying for nationality conversion:
1. Applicants must be NEET 2023 qualified to be eligible for NEET RUG tutoring.
2. After the category transfer, candidates will be treated as NRAs in all rounds of NEET advice.
3. If the category is changed to NRI, students will no longer be entitled to any benefits under Muslim minority quota, Jain minority quota or any other quota.
4. If it turns out that any of the submitted data or documents is false, the relevant guidance authorities will withdraw the candidate’s application.
According to the schedule, the 2023 NEET UG Counseling Round 2, Reporting to the University was conducted from August 20 to August 28. Meanwhile, the round 3 online registration process for NEET RUG counseling 2023 will be held from 31 August to 4 September. and the lockdown process for it is scheduled from September 1 to September 5. There are a total of four rounds of the 2023 NEET UG Counselling, which is scheduled from July and September this year.
