The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited online applications for the position of Public Prosecutor Group A at the National Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Headquarters (New Delhi). The official notice for NIA Recruitment 2023 has been released by the Government of India. As per the NIA Recruitment 2023 notice released by UPSC, 23 public prosecutor vacancies in Pay Matrix Level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500) are to be filled. The total emoluments excluding HRA will be Rs 44900 at the time of the first appointment, and Dearness Allowance will be applied every month.

Education qualification:
Candidate must have an LLB degree.
Experience:
Should have had 07 years of practice as a lawyer handling criminal cases or 07 years of experience working in the State Judicial Service or the Legal Department of the State or Central Government.
