The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the date for the PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (YASASVI) Entrance Test 2023. As per the NTA notification, the PM YASASVI Entrance Test 2023 is scheduled on September 29. The admit card for the exam will be available soon on the official website, yet.nta.ac.in. The exam is conducted every year to select candidates for scholarships under the PM YASASVI-Top Class Education in Schools program for OBC, EBC and DNT students.
PM YASASVI Entrance Test Admit Card 2023: How to Download
Candidates can download the details by following the processes below:
Step 1: Navigate to the official website at yet.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for the admit card.
Step 3: Enter your login details.
Step 4: The screen will display the PM YASASVI hall ticket.
Step 5: View and download the admit card.
Step 6: Keep a paper copy for future use.
PM YASASVI Admission Test 2023: Exam Pattern
The entrance test consists of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Students are given 150 minutes to complete the paper. The assessments will cover math, science, social science and general awareness. The results are expected to be announced around November 2023.
PM YASASVI Admission Test 2023: Documents Requirement:
Candidates taking the PM YASASVI exam are required to carry specific documents along with their admit card. Among them is a valid photo ID. Acceptable photo IDs include Aadhar card, passport and school identity card.
However, as per the official notice: “It has been decided that in lieu of the entrance test (which entails additional burden on the applicants), the selection for this year will now be done on the basis of the merits to be prepared taking into account with the marks obtained in Class VIII & X, if applicable, as per the guidelines of the scheme.”
The scholarship students are chosen via the NSP Portal. Anyone who received a 60% or higher in eighth or tenth grade is eligible to apply through the NSP site. For further updates, candidates are advised to regularly check the National Scholarship Portal (https://scholarships.gov.in) and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment website (https://socialjustice.gov.in).
