Since the CUET UG 2023 exam has been completed and the answer keys have been published, students have been waiting for their results. Several media reports claim that the results will be announced this week or after July 15, but so far there has been no official confirmation. It was previously reported that the results will be announced on July 8. To access the results, candidates must visit the official website at cuet.samarth.ac.in and also follow the portal.
About 14.9 lakh students have registered for the CUET UG 2023 exam this year. Using their application number and date of birth, students who have taken the exam can check their results on the official website. A total of 36,242 participants showed up for the final exam, which was held from 21 to 23 June. The provisional answer key became available on 29 June and candidates had until 1 July to submit objections.
However, the NTA decided to release late updated preliminary answer keys after numerous students protested that they found numerous errors in the preliminary answer key. On July 3, the updated preliminary answer key – from which 156 questions had been removed – was published on the official website. The final answer key will be produced based on the recommendation of the subject matter experts. The final answer key uploaded by the NTA will serve as the basis for the CUET UG 2023 results.
Students should be aware that the record of their CUET UG results will be kept on file for 90 days after the announcement of the results, in accordance with the Information Bulletin. The universities will release their own merit lists that take into account the NTA CUET score. The authority will not consider answer key issues after the release of the final answer key and merit list.
