The State Bank of India has commenced the registration process for the Probationary Officer positions. A total of 1673 vacancies are filled in this recruitment campaign. Candidates who wish to apply for the vacancies can do so through the official website sbi.co.in. The deadline for submitting the online applications is October 12.
“Eligible candidates are required to register online for the recruitment process which will take place in three phases viz. (i) Phase-I; (ii) Phase II; and (iii) Phase III. Candidates who entered Phase-I after shortlisted must appear for Phase II. Candidates shortlisted after Phase II will then be called up for Phase III,” the official message reads.

SBI PO Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must be a graduate of a discipline from a recognized university or have an equivalent qualification recognized by the central government. Candidates in the final year or semester of graduation can also apply. Candidates with qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant are also eligible.
Age Limit: The age of an applicant must be between 21 and 30 years as of 1 April 2022. For the candidates from the reserved category, however, relaxation of the age limit has been given.

Step 3. Soon the registration window will appear on your screen.
Step 4. Register and login now.
Step 5. Fill in the application form and provide all necessary documents.
Step 6. Finally, pay the registration fee and submit the form.
SBI PO recruitment 2022: Selection process
Candidates are selected based on their performance in a preparatory exam, followed by the main exam and a round of interviews. According to the official notice, the SBI PO 2022 prelims exam will be held from December 17 to 20. The results of this will be available in December 2022 / January 2023. Candidates can download the prelims admission card in the 1st or 2nd week of December. Meanwhile, the SBI PO main exam is likely to be conducted in January 2023 / February 2023.
