The University of Manchester has applied for its law programs – LLB and LLM in partnership with Fateh Education. The university is recognized by the Bar Association of India. While for the LLB the last application date is February 26, for LLM it is March 18.
There are a number of partial scholarships available to students from India for both programmes, including an AMAZING British Council Scholarship for Law and Justice for Masters degree students worth £10,000. All scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit, the university states.

In the LLB program, the students build the foundation of the studies by taking compulsory modules in law and units related to the joint honors program. Law students with international studies will spend their third year abroad at one of the partner institutions, before returning to Manchester for their senior year. The tuition fee for international students is £21,500 per year.
Students must have completed Class 12 of CBSE or CISCE with a minimum average of 90 percent, with at least 80 percent in English. Other state administrations are being considered but may be subject to an increased requirement.
The LLM programs cover international business and commercial law, international financial services regulation, public international law, and health and ethical law. Tuition for international students is £23,000 per year

Students must have a three-year law degree with first class from a reputable university. The minimum requirement typically ranges from 60-80 percent overall, depending on the university’s quality of previous study and the rating scale.
They must also have passed Class 12 from CBSE with a score of 85 percent in English, or IELTS score of 7.0 overall, with 7.0 in writing and also no component score of less than 6.5 is required for participation. English is not required at the time of application.
