The UP BEd JEE 2022 will be taken on July 6. This year, more than 6.40 lakh candidates have applied for the BEd entrance examination. This is a record number and competition is likely to increase as the number of candidates increases. Therefore, it is important for any aspirant that they understand the exam pattern, syllabus and expected close in order to stay focused and stay ahead of others.
The UP BEd JEE is a state-level entrance examination conducted to grant qualified candidates admission to the Bachelor of Education (BEd) course offered at various colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The government of Uttar Pradesh has delegated the task of organizing the UP BEd JEE exam yearly to various universities. The BEd entrance examination was conducted in 2021 by Lucknow University.
UP BED JEE exam pattern
The UP BEd JEE Syllabus 2022 is divided into two papers. Paper I focuses on general knowledge and English/Hindi, while Paper II focuses on the other areas in arts, science and commerce. All subjects in the UP BEd JEE syllabus have the same weight, which is 25 percent. Paper I is compulsory while Paper II is subject specific (according to the subject selected by the applicant when filling the form).

Paper I and Paper II each last three hours, for a total of six hours. Candidates receive two points for each correct answer and a third of a point for each incorrect answer.

UP BED JEE 2022: Marks Needed to Pass
Candidates who wish to take the UP BED JEE exam must be aware of the closing of the previous year. This gives them an indication of how much they should score this year.
Last year, candidates in the General, OBC and SC categories had to score a minimum of 50 percent to qualify. Those in the ST category, on the other hand, had to score 45 percent. In addition, the cutoff for individuals in the General (widowed/divorced), OBC (widowed/divorced) and SC/ST (widowed/divorced) categories was 40 percent.
Rohilkhand University, which is responsible for the entrance examination, started the registration process on April 18. Candidates could apply until May 15 with no late fees. Applications are accepted until May 20, but with a late fee. The UP Bed JEE 2022 will be held on July 6.
