The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has completed the 10th and 12th Board Exam Paper Evaluation. According to reports, the evaluation process was completed on May 8. The evaluation of the copies began on April 23. As many as 2 crore 25 lakh copies were reviewed by the UP board in 16 days.
Therefore, the results of the UP board 10th and 12th are expected to be announced shortly. According to reports, the results will come out in the last week of May or the first week of June. However, there is no official confirmation of the release date yet. It was conducted from March 24 to April 13.

This year, a total of 51.92 lakh students had registered for the 10th and 12th grade exams of the UP board. Out of the total, 27 lakh were of class 10 and 24 lakh of class 12. Out of the total registered candidates, 2,61,120 students of class 10 and 1,57,387 students of class 12 failed the exam. This brings the total to 4.18 lakh students who were absent from the exam. The study was conducted at 8,873 centers across the state.
To pass UP Board’s class 10 and 12 exams, students must score a minimum of 33 percent points for each subject and in total. Meanwhile, this time around, some of the subjects had no question about the syllabus. Students would get full marks for those even if they didn’t answer them. This includes the 12th grade history paper with the paper code 321EP. It had questions outside the syllabus for a total of 44 points. Students who appeared for the UPMSP class 12 history exam with the paper code 321EP would pass the exam even if they left blank answer sheets.

Last year, the board had the highest pass rate with 97.88 percent clearing grade 12 results and 99.53 percent clearing grade 10 exams. A whopping 97.88 percent of science stream students passed the exam in grade 12, 97.22 percent of commerce stream students, and 97.92 percent of humanities. In both results of UP board last year, girls performed slightly better than boys. In the high school result, 99.52 percent of the men passed the exam, against 99.55 percent. In UP Inter, 97.47 percent of male students and 98.4 percent of female students passed the exam.
