Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started the online registration process for recruitment to the posts of Revenue Officer (RO) and Assistant Revenue Officer (ARO) from October 9. The committee aims to fill the vacancy of 411 seats for these posts. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of UPPSC — https://uppsc.up.nic.in/. The last date to apply for these posts is November 9. The application forms will be accepted through online mode only. The selection process involves three phases: Prelims, Mains and Typing Test.

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPPSC–https://uppsc.up.nic.in/
Step 2: Complete your one-time registration (OTR) by submitting your basic contact information.
Step 3: Now click on the notification link and open the application form.
Step 4: Complete the application form by entering the required details.
Step 5: Upload the necessary documents.
Step 6: Pay the required application fee.
Step 7: Click submit and download the application form.
Candidates belonging to OBC, General and EWS categories have to pay Rs 125 as registration fee while SC and ST applicants have to pay Rs 65 for registration. The minimum age of the candidates eligible for the post is 21 years while the maximum age is 40 years. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a central or state recognized university. They must also have a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi typography to be eligible for the post.
The committee will conduct the preliminary examination, followed by main and typing tests. Candidates can appear for the main exam only after qualifying for the preliminary rounds. If they qualify for the main exam, they will have to submit a new registration form. The date and location of the exam will be communicated to the candidates by email.
