Felix Raj from Bengaluru got a challan
A man has been ticketed by the Bengaluru Traffic Police for breaking traffic rules. However, he decided to challenge the police by asking them to “provide evidence”, but he got an epic response within minutes.
Felix Raj from Bengaluru was ticketed for not wearing a helmet. Angry about the fine, he decided to speak to the police. He took to Twitter to share a photo he received of the challan showing his license plate and his scooter, but not riding in the vehicle without a helmet.
In a now-deleted tweet, Mr Raj wrote: “Hi @blrcitytraffic @BlrCityPolice, there is no good proof that I am not wearing a helmet. Please provide a good image or remove the case. The same happened before but I paid fine to clear. I can’t be good again.”
Within minutes, the police responded to his question by attaching a photo of him riding his scooter without a helmet.

After the epic response, the man wrote: “Thanks for the proof. As a general public, everyone has a right to ask this. I appreciate @blrcitytraffic for clarifying this. I will pay the fine. Kudos to all the content of the meme # bangalore traffic.”
Following the response from the Bengaluru Traffic Police, the Twitter thread received a lot of response from the netizens. One user wrote: “Dear @blrcitytraffic Do we have a law (IPC sections) that can be used to impose more fines on that person who tried to waste your time?” Another user commented: “Now I think it’s time for the police to issue another fine for using an electronic device while driving. Obviously he uses headphones.”
The third user wrote: “Also challenged the police despite being fully aware of committing the crime.”
Meanwhile, a Bengaluru Traffic police officer shared an image of another police officer being fined for wearing the wrong helmet while operating a gearless scooter.
“Good evening. Health helmet case against the police booked,” the officers wrote in the Twitter message.
