When a user responded with a shocked “What?” the handle replied: “Why what??? or why surprise??? I’m also a consumer like you now not in the office but just a department person on Twitter. No special service For me, I’m following the same route as all of you to find better solutions and pass them along if there are any.”
Many began to wonder if the electrical department handle had been hacked. Then the answer came: “I don’t think a hacker would work that late to lose his sleep and be nice to all of you and provide correct information. They are hacking to somehow cause destruction . No hack here, beware.”
