You must have come across various videos and images of wildlife rescue operations on the internet. Despite the fact that animals are physically stronger than humans, there are still some situations and places in this world where the brutal creations lack the necessary power to get rid of them. And to get rid of it, they do need human help.
In one such incident, a man in the United States recently stepped up to help wildlife when Hurricane Ian hit Florida earlier this week. Speak with Wesh newsOwen Fletcher said he and his roommates rescued a baby deer in distress when Hurricane Ian slammed Orlando with heavy rains.
Mr. Fletcher, who lives near University Boulevard, said the baby deer struggled to stay afloat. He and his roommates then took her to their balcony to protect her.
When the group was evacuated from their apartment building, they took the deer to Nona Lake. They are now planning to release the deer baby into the wild, Mr Fletcher said as follows Wesh news.
Meanwhile, deadly Hurricane Ian, one of the most powerful storms to ever hit the United States, has left a trail of devastation. Nearly two million customers were without electricity in Florida, out of a total of more than 11 million, with the southwestern parts of the state hardest hit, according to tracking website PowerOutage.us.
Earlier this week, a time-lapse video had also surfaced on the internet that captured Fort Myers Beach being hit by storm surge and flooding caused by Hurricane Ian.
