Confectioner Amaury Guichon makes 1.8m high giraffe creation with chocolate.
A video is gaining popularity on social media showing a statue of a giraffe, more than two meters high, made of chocolate. Yes, you read that right. It is the specialty of pastry chef Amaury Guichon, who continues to post videos of his artwork on social media.
The giraffe video, shared on Instagram by Mr. Guichon on May 16, is captioned: “Chocolate giraffe! This 8.3 meter high sculpture made of 100% chocolate is my largest creation to date.”

The viral video shows Mr. Guichon making different parts of the animal with chocolate and then putting them together giving the creation a great finish.
The video has racked up more than 70.9 million views and more than 5.9 million likes on Instagram.
Mr. Guichon and his creation have received numerous reviews on social media and users have flooded the comment section with compliments.
“There should be a giant tree next to it so he can have a small snack,” one user wrote.
