Posing for photo shoots can be very exhausting. Just ask Benny, the adorable puppy the internet has fallen in love with. So, here’s how the story goes — Benny posed for his guide dog initiation photo shoot, but just couldn’t stay awake.

In a video that is going viral on social media, the adorable dog nods to sleep and at one point even falls on his back during the photo shoot. The video of sleepy Benny has since become a hit on social media.

The clip, shared by Twitter handle We Rate Dogs, has been viewed more than 10.4 million times since it was posted on Thursday, June 30. The note accompanying the clip reads: “This is Benny. He fell asleep during his guide dog photo shoot. 12/10 we still think he has what it takes.”

In response to Benny’s adorable video, dog parents around the world dropped photos of their pets. In response to the post, a user shared a video of their dog sleeping and snoring, saying, “Good boy, Benny. Some of us like to sleep and snore while sitting.”

Another introduced Twitter to her furball, Bella, along with a photo of her nap. “This is Bella. She loves to sleep. She’s 14 years old now, but she could have been a guide dog. I love my Lab,” the tweet read.
