In the post, Mr. Keefe shared that he has been trying to lose weight for the past 15 years and has tried every diet and exercise craze until he discovered David Goggins’ book, Can’t Hurt Me, which actually helped him with his weight loss. trip. “In 7 months I never took a day off. I lost count of the number of injuries I got, but I refused to stop and just kept training through the pain. Every day I just tried one more rep, one more length to do, another kilometer – all I could do to get 1 percent better,” he said.
He shared that he walked 90 minutes a day for the first two weeks, then introduced weightlifting six days a week, swam three times a week, and ran three times a week. In a separate post, he shared that a low-calorie diet helped him on his weight loss journey. The man said that instead of focusing on the scales, he focused on being mentally resilient.
