Without using injections or diet diets, a man who thought he would not live over 30 years of life radically by losing an amazing 82.55 kilograms in just one year. At his heaviest, the 24-year-old Arran Chidwick weighed 175 kilograms. He would often eat a lot of junk food, such as kebabs, hamburgers, Chinese collection meals and bags with family -sized chips.
Arran struggled with daily tasks such as fitting into airplane seats, binding his shoelaces and buying clothes, was confronted with the harsh reality of his weight. He feared that if he did not make any drastic changes, he would not survive to see his 30th birthday.
Arran, who works as an airplane fitter from Auchinleck, East Ayrshire, Scotland, said Daily Star: “I felt that I would die before I was 30 and I knew I had to make a change. I was depressed in a certain way. My way of dealing with trauma from the past was binge -eating – I would eat what I wanted and Constant at the weekends.
“Everyone would stare at me in the pub, sweating at concerts, people you judge you on football matches, struggling on the plane. I am happy that it is now with me, but it was terrible.”
Before he turned off the pounds, Arran fought against fear linked to his size. He confessed: “I didn't realize, but my form to deal with it was the food until you take a step back and look at it now that I realized that. When I went for my new job, I thought no one would want to be to to hire me because of my size “
But after slimming, he radiates confidence and wants to inspire others. Arran, however, took control of his health and started a remarkable journey for weight loss. Now he will run a half marathon and he will continue to inspire others with his dedication and dedication to a healthier lifestyle.
