Social media users were divided over watching the video
The billionaires and uber-rich people of the world live very different lives than the larger middle-class population, and it’s not surprising. Recently, content creator and comedian Shubham Gaur briefly pointed this out in a video. The premise of the video revolves around how differently rich people and middle class give directions.
While Mr. Gaur embodies the average middle-class Indian, he has… Shark Tank India judge and co-founder of BharatPe, Ashneer Grover, to give us an insight into how the rich give clues in the funny clip.
The video shows Mr. Grover speaking on the phone and instructing Mr. Gaur on how to get to his house. Mr. Gaur is seen saying to him in Hindi, ‘I have almost reached. Tell me where to go.’
To this, Mr. Grover replies, “Bring your car into the service lane. My guard will be outside. He will park your car.”
Mr. Gaur then asks in a tone of surprise, “The man wearing the Gucci T-shirt is your guard?”
A casual Mr. Grover replies, “That person is the sweeper. The guard is someone else entirely. My Maybach will be visible after you enter. It’s a long car, cross over and come. A Porsche is parked behind it. To the right of the Porsche Is there a passenger elevator or private elevator. It opens at my front door. Just ring the bell.”
The video then switches to a middle-class Mr. Gaur, who is also on the phone. Speaking to a friend, Mr Gaur says: “Yes, you have to turn left from the roundabout. Yes, foreigner, the road the dog has pooped on.”
He further adds: “Yes, you have to drive on the battered road. Come in, there is plenty of parking. I’ll make sure you get a spot to park.”
At that moment, comedian Saloni Gaur appears and asks, ‘You asked someone to get the car back on the track? Our neighbors will now create a problem.”
To this Shubham Gaur replies, “He comes on a cycle.”
In the caption he wrote: “Apne ghar ke pas ka landmark batao guys (Tell me about the landmark near your houses, guys).”
Needless to say, the captivating video had internet users in splits. Fans were blown away by Mr Grover’s cameo and cheered him on in the comments.
